New Universities partners in Spain
Good morning to all AFA family.
Again we have good news for everyone!
AFA has closed new agreements to continue our educational work:
- Unisport Management School
- San Pablo CEU University, Madrid
AFA already has agreements with universities in Madrid and Barcelona
We are also focus on giving to our players the opportunities to study in universities all over the world, specifically in Madrid.
Finally we are organising educational seminars and conferences in collaborations with our new partners ( Universities ) for Football coaches, physical trainers, directors, football clubs, doctors, etc ( AFA Learn )

AFA begins a new era in educational sector. Some of our activities are:
- AFA Practice is a project that helps students to do internship and the next step to their professional career, in addition some of them can have jobs opportunities

"AFA PRACTICE" Objectives & Methodology
OBJECTIVES & METHODOLOGY

(iii) Administration & Operational
(iv) Involved in everything from grassroots activities, to working with marketing partners to community relations related projects and initiatives
(v) Age 23 until 35
(vi) Multilingual
(vii) Ethical
(viii) Person coming from different countries or continents
A.F.A's world-class Internship or Professionals practice Program attracts many of candidates from around the world. Intern and/or professionals placements are based on candidate qualifications and A.F.A's current business needs. . Intern and/or professionals placements are based on candidate qualifications and A.F.A's current business needs. Interns and/or professionals are typically exposed to a) ON THE GROUND day-to-day operations of specific departments, as well as general office procedures, depending on the head offices or Representative offices or Local associates offices located or division, interns may also be involved in locally sponsored A.F.A. events and b) the ON LINE day-to-day operations of specific departments.

Application Process
(i) You are interested in applying for a position with A.F.A.?
When a job gets posted, in order to be considered, you must apply online on www.football-afa.tk or www.football-afa.com or Facebook: Football AFA.
Please fill out your profile as completely as possible as incomplete records will not be considered. A cover letter and resume will serve as the formal application to the program. Applicants should specify in cover letter any preferences with regard to department placement or office location. Requests will be taken into consideration during the placement process, but there are no guarantees that applicants will be placed in their department or office location of choice.
(ii) For the Summer program, candidates will be notified by mail in late April if they have been selected for an interview.
All interviews take place during the month of May in Madrid (Local Associate office) or Limassol (Head Offices) via the telephone or Skype (for those unable to attend a personal interview in either city). Final decisions and selection notifications are made by mid-May.
The 2013 Summer Internship and Practice Program runs from June 3 – August 31, 2013.
(iii) For the Christmas program, candidates will be notified by mail in late September if they have been selected for an interview.
All interviews take place during the month of October in Madrid or Limassol via the telephone or Skype (for those unable to attend a personal interview in either city).
Final decisions and selection notifications are made by mid-October.
The 2013 Christmas Internship and Practice Program runs from November 4- January 31, 2014.
(iv) Expenses: A.F.A. will not be responsible for any travel expenses incurred during the interviewing process, or actual fees incurred throughout the summer such as housing, meals or fuel, parking.
(v) Eligibility Requirements: All positions are non-paying for intern or professionals come for practice.
All the interns or professionals participating in AFA Practice should be received for the period experience from A.F.A. a Confidential contract which declares his/her practice period or an academic credit from the university he/her studies.
"AFA PRACTICE" General Information
GENERAL INFORMATION
Summer and Christmas Program
(i) part-time,10-15hr/weekly, a group meeting, 6 months period (Students)
(ii) part-time,16-20hr/weekly, a group meeting, 6 months period (Professionals)
(iii) full-time,32-40hours/weekly, a group meeting, 3 months period (Students &
Professionals)
(iv) In order to be accepted, the first 4-6 weeks will be considered as trial period.
Those programs will have several social activities scheduled throughout the Summer
and Christmas period.
Executive Speaker Days will include various department personnel discussing their
own AFA experiences, while also allowing the participants to participate actively in
group discussions with the executives.
Non-Summer Program Information
AFA also offers internships and practice programs during the rest months of the year.
(i) part-time,10-15hr/weekly, a group meeting, 4-6 months period (Students)
(ii) part –time,16-20hr/weekly, a group meeting, 4-6 months period (Professionals)
(iii) full-time, 32-40hours/weekly, a group meeting, 2-3 months period (Students &
Professionals)
(iv) In order to be accepted, the first 4-6 weeks will be considered as trial period.
IMPORTANT
The 2013 Fall Internship or Practice Program runs from September 2013.
The 2014 Spring Internship or Practice Program runs from February 2014.

Money cannot be refunded in the follow cases.
150 euro of Deposit required. Will be refundable after the program ends.
If an Intern decides to interrupt the process of the program then the 150 Euros
cannot be Reimbursed.
If an intern is been rejected from A.F.A. ha can reimbursed the 30% of the deposit.
VAT (18%) not included, in the above packages.
