Blazing Star Football Club was established in April 2011 with a view to raising a new generation of disciplined and young talented footballers, who through hard work and dedication will get to the peak of their career. Our focus on young players is on development, with an increasing emphasis on performance through inspiration and constant training that will enable them achieve their goal for the upliftment of their families and the society at large.
We are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Federal Republic of Nigeria and affiliated to the Lagos State Football Association (L.S.F.A) as well as the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF).
Blazing Star Football Club is a self-supporting football club, funded privately by individuals who believe in grassroots football development, with a singular purpose of empowering the successor generation of young dynamic Nigerians with gifted abilities to play the game of soccer.
We believe that every player when given the opportunity can improve dramatically and play far beyond the limits they might normally set for themselves. Blazing Star FC provides a unique training environment through proven, creative and innovative teaching methods. The player's ball control and tactical development receives top priority. They master the fundamentals, play on their strengths and abolish weaknesses.
It is the Club’s policy to encourage players to always play the game to the best of their ability, play fairly and accept decisions, have an open mind, watch, listen and learn to play as a team member, but at the same time accept personal responsibility. Playing better smarter football gives every footballer a distinct advantage on the field. With these combinations, success is inevitable.
